Returns & Exchanges

At And She Is Couture, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
